I have been over weight since elementary school. In high school I was always dieting. Now that I'm older my high school weigh seems like a dream. I was thin and I still thought I was fat! Now that I am fat I'm hoping to just be overweight and not obese. Wow, how things change.
I thought this site might be an interesting way to track my progress. I don't usually journal so I'm looking forward to trying it.
