Work through the pain??
if you have a phycal therapest see if you can do supervised execise program i did this for my back is was only 45 a month to use there equipment and your therapist will give you the correct exercised for you to strengten our knee. takes the guess work out and you probably will not reinjure your knee

Thanks so much for the replies will try to add you to my buddy list as soon as i figure it out. I have my will power in place and had a fantastic day hope to do as well tomorow kinda let my guard down over the holiday but i think im back on track. I'm not going to beat my self up over the slip up just stay positive and go forward

51 and need a bud
Hi, new to all this so I'm just going to jump in and see what happens. I joined this site because I need to lose the same 15lbs I've lost and gained in the last 3 years. I lost 140 5 yrs. ago so I do have some experince at this would just love some feed back thanks
