performance: losing 0.7 lb a week
Married have 2 children boy/girl both already out the house. Wanting to loose weight as many of us here. I need to loose about 20 to 30 lbs. I am on the South Beach Diet. My husband joined me in this Journey and that sure helps. He likes more the Atkins. so we incorporate from both. I started adding my Starch, and Fruits very slowly, since I am in Phase 2 now. We just don't buy anything that we should not eat and that helps as well. We eat a lot of Veggies with our meals. I never thought that I would say that, but I do not miss Pasta and I was a Pasta freak. We eat Spaghetti Squash instead. I will cook a few and freeze them works for us. We have not gotten into the happed of eating lots of Bread. I buyed the Flatbread from Orowheat and froze them single bun. When we have a Hamburger we only use 1/2 of the Bun instead of both. McDonald and CarlsJR are awesome. They will wrap the Burger or Chicken in Lettuce and Omit the Buns.
I am currently home and not working due to an illness. I am a Medication Technician for a Retirement Community. Love to read and crochet/knit. My Hero is my mother. I would love to have her strength some times. Would love to visit Australia, Egypt and Ireland one day!
