It's been a while, but have been sticking to my diet. Fell off over the weekend a little, had a few starburst and they were so good. Back on track and feeling great.

I finally tried the cauliflower mock fried rice and let me just say FANTASTIC! Highly reccomend.

This dieting thing is easy, who needs pizza,french fries or chicken fingers, oh and not to mention the beer. I just have to keep telling myself that. Feeling good though.

This past week was horrible, friends in from out of town, the NFL Championships, dollar beers and free apps. its tough in Vegas; but I did manage to get a little b-ball in for some excersise. I'm in it to win it now though.
