Started these entries as an experiment. Let's see if "counting calories" and tracking the % of macronutrients will have any positive effects on a 40 y.o. body. Why not?
75 kg since god knows when, mildly active, trying to maintain (not a big deal to be honest). Wouldn't say no to a couple of kg of muscle mass, though not so easy as it sounds. A 3 day per week bodyweight training programme plus the correct calorie intake should trigger some results, most probably.
Fan of the Mediterranean cousine, olive oil+oregano ftw, almonds, nuts and all kinds of legumes. Let's see how it goes till I get bored...
