Well Kingkeld - me tonight i kinda eat some digestive biscuits(simple ones), sometimes is hard to stay away from the cookies, but as long i don't eat them each day i am fine. Smile

Questions for those doing Intermittent Fasting

1. Sleep when you feel tired

2. Eat when you feel a bit hungry

3. Work out when you have to much energy and time.

Questions for those doing Intermittent Fasting

Me i will be honest, the way i keep my self fit is not abut counting the calories. I start split my food unstead of eating 2 or 3 times a day, i eat 5 times a day(once at 2-3 houres). I try listen my body and eat when i feel a bit hungry and not wait until i get to hungry then i my eat to much.

Another thing i do i always try to have fruits between the important meals as a snack or how ever you guys call it. I also work out but not each day..one day i do intense fitness work out at home, then a day just cardio or simple fast walking.

What i eat usually : I eat oat or multigrain cereals that i prepare in home each morning, also white omlet egg help a lot, i try never leave the house without not eating on my mornings and also i cut for some years the soda, alcohol, not so much sweets anymore..and fats. I consume more chiken meat and turkey meat, also tuna and salmon.

I think it depends also the life style you make for yourself, you need stop comparing with others and also find exactly the exercise you like to do and try do them at least 4 times a week, in some months you will see how your body and life change in good.

If your the kind of person always stressing and want fast results then you should consider to be more patiently that nothing heal fast, nothing come fast...it takes time in everything also in losing weight so be patient trust yourself that you can do this and ignor all the rude comments adressed to you try take whats good from others and not let yourself drinking or eating as others do around you, Have your own style of dieting and life!^_^
