which are your MEALS HABITS - BEST PRACTICE?
I eat at home, I eat a fairly large breakfast with protein and whole grains, I often make brothy soups and eat that as my first course, I put down my fork and take a drink of water between bites to slow myself down, I eat only whole grains, I have stopped eating cheese, (but not lowfat cream cheese, cottage cheese and yogurt), I enter my food every day in fatsecret, I don't keep any unhealthy food in the house, I don't skip meals or let myself get too hungry, I drink iced green tea with stevia every day, I fill half of my plate with non-starchy vegetables, and I drink skim milk.

Richard Simmons Clubhouse
I love this diet and exercise program. There is tons of support and it is very healthy. I have lost 10 pounds in 6 weeks, with 46 pounds to go.
