Mother of two, I gradually started to gain weight at 18 when I got my first desk job. I didn't think I needed to go to the gym, and after my first child at 21 I had gained about 25lbs. I lost a little, then gained it all back and then some. After my second child, I am up about 45lbs from before having children and I'd like to get back to that weight.
