Feeling frustrated.
I'm feeling frustrated. As well as trying to budget carbs, I am trying to carve out a healthy keto diet. I have budgeted 1200 kc/day, and 20 carbs in order to lose my last 20 pounds. I also power walk 35 minutes most days of the week.
Yesterday I had a kale smoothie for breakfast: Almond milk, kale and raspberries. For lunch, 4 slices of deli roast beef. Also coffee with HWC. For dinner, keto turkey and spinach meatloaf and collards with butter. For snack, celery.
Yet my carb count was in the mid-30s thanks to the raspberries, collards, and kale, all things I thought were guilt-free. NO bread or breadcrumbs or grain.
My calorie total came to around 800 (which is not something I do as a rule). But the carbs have been the problem.
I like veggies, but it seems like if I do the keto thing, either my calories or my carbs come out too high. WHat to do?

Is there a way
Hm-- I went to the food diary page, but I am not seeing the 'add custom food' link. I assume the food diary page is the one with the dinner plate icon? Thanks for your help on this!

Is there a way
to simply add a dinner without going through all the business of entering every ingredient. I already have the macro count for it and don't want to spend this much time on it. I just want to enter the dinner item and be done with it. TIA.
