52 years old 4 kids married almost 30 years in Cleveland Ohio area. Weather and pastries are the ENEMY here.
28+ years as a computer geek, now run a small Information Technology outfit. Spend WAAAYYY too much time in front of an LCD screen, days average 10+ hours.
Goals are to be more active (more exercise, better health AND beat back stress) and improve diet. I do most of the cooking and shopping, so my family are now my diet hostages.
Hit highest weight of 285 in 2006, since then have gradually managed to drop 60 pounds through diet and upping activity. Currently hovering around 220 lbs, up and down depending on food, hours and activity. Want to break through this level, and push the exercise and strength routines.
Hoping to make sustainable, reasonable changes in diet and exercise, things that can be done within my sometimes insane work schedule and the weather challenges in Northern Ohio.
