I Hate to Cook
I hate to cook as well. Flash frozen is fine but no matter what you eat, I think the key is low in sodium, fat and calories. It takes a bit more reading in the grocery store! I am also finding that cereal and fruit is filling and healthy. Of course that means no fruit loops!
