I am just another one of those ladies bouncing around a hormone change, and it makin my body not be nice to me. But I am fighting back! I have been able to loose, and keep off 20 pounds from my joining on here many years back.. but I have been dancing around the same number(s) now for long enough. After a medication change, and a new gym membership and my hubby also taking his health more seriously, I now have not only a gym work out buddy, but someone to keep me accountable here at home.. We might not be following the same diet program, because we are finding out we don't have the same body, and system, so there is nothing we can compare in that way, but its better this way! Our journeys are personal, but the adventure is as a couple.

Buddies!
I need a buddy too. I'm feeling I am on my own with my weight loss experience.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
There have been many replys to my question. And I thank everyone for your advice. Its been hard getting myself in the right mind set to getting to a better me. I like the idea of throwing the home scale away, and measuring myself.
Thank you everyone. I needed a few cheerleaders!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh in every other week...I used to be on the scale everyday, and it would discourage me too much. But when I see that my clothes fit me better/differently, I feel good...I usually us the scale at the YMCA (before my water aerobics class)
