I am 55 years old and have been married to the most wonderful man for 35 years. I did not have a weight problem until we moved and then I shot up to almost 200 pounds. It took a while but I got back down to 115 pounds and could eat whatever I wanted and then about 4 years ago I gained about 50 pounds in 6 months. I ended up having gastric sleeve surgery. It was working fine until my mother got really sick and we had to move her up her to a nursing home and it was extremely stressful. Now I am back up to 147 and no matter what I do I cannot seem to get my weight to budge. I've started going to the gym 5 days a week, two of which are with a trainer.
