Goal #3 Get to 150 (Weight in early 20's..um,13yrs and 2 kids ago)

I have realy never been a "Skinny" person...But, I have been thinner than I am now and I would like to get back to that. Once I lose the giggly belly, I would like to get it toned up as well.

I quit smoking after 20 years. And now I am simply on a mission to be healthier and in a shape other than round :P

I was just diagnosed with fibromyalgia about a month ago… It may slow me down a little bit, but it will NOT stop me!!!
I will keep a positive attitude and always do my best!!!
Also, if anyone has any pointers about diet and exercise, I’d LOVE to hear them!!!
