hey even i am new to this... but i dont follow any particular diet.. i eat at my instinct.. we can surely team up to motivate each other...

please help
if you want to be subtle and don wanna hurt them by out right telling about 'unhealthy foods' u can try these tips.. gulp a glass of water before u start eating.. and 2 after you are done.. also you can just pop in a medium fruit like tomato or a cucumber half an hour before meal time.. try helping in cooking.. when u spend sufficient time in kitchen u obviously get a say in what is to be cooked.. take interest in cooking.. and try convincing them about importance of healthy food.. whats bad for you is much worse for your 20 25 year older parents..

lil success
so its not long since i started my weight loss thing.. but i have lost around 3 kgs...(including before joining fatsecret) and I am already receiving compliments from my relatives... also when i went shopping recently i found that i have dropped aa dress size.. felt awesome to buy a smaller size... its not a very big achievement compared to othrs who have lost oodles... but its making me feel great.. so just thought of sharing...
