When my husband Paul and I learned about AdvoCare, I was overweight and tired all the time. I had lost hope of ever feeling well again. Howdy.. From Texas
I just wanted to take a min to introduce myself. I am a wife and mother of 4 girls. I have been overweight since my 9th grade year in high school.
In Aug of 2011 i made a decision to get healthy.. I have since then lost 140 lbs.. BUT over the last few months i have gained back some of the weight i worked so hard to lose.
I was brought to this site because i was looking for more support in getting back on track before i completely went back to old habits.
I look forward to finishing what I've started.
Any advice and tips would be appreciated Smile
