This is it! I need to get my life back on track I have been through so much these past couple of months that I lost all control, I ate to help me get through my pain, sadness, stress, etc. I don't know why I couldn't stop I just felt good when I was eating things I knew were bad for me, it's a sickness and unless you have felt like I did you will never understand. The moment I realized I had a problem was when my husband said "No offense baby but I have never met anyone that thinks about food as much as you" Food was my drug of choice and now I am in so deep that I can see the damage I have done to myself, I don't fit in my clothes, I lose my breath when I run up the stairs, the worst part I can't keep up with my kids and I am teaching them bad habits...that is what hurts the most.
Today I have decided to change my life I want to be healthy, look and feel great and I will not stop until I do. Along the way I will be joining my cousin on her journey to do the same and together we will support each other so that we can achieve our goals.
