Kimber10, I went to a bariatric Dietitian, she told me, 1000 calories a day.. 60g of carbs a day.. 60-80g of protein a day.. and 40-50g of fat a day..
Use this site and follow either the RNY Gastric Bypass Diet.. or the Post Gastric bypass diet.. you can then look up recipes for those specific diets and see the nutritional values and save the recipes to your cook book and then go there for reference when making your foods. Hope that helps..

Stall after 5 months post-op for gastric ryn bypass
AnggieCat.. thanks for that.. I also needed to hear what you had to say. Lovely2002, I had this happen to me also.. but I had my surgery in 2001. I too lost 85pounds and stopped. I however did not have all the resourses that everyone has today. I struggled and gave up.. DO NOT GIVE UP.. it has taken me years to realize I was not a failure and to talk myself into getting back on the wagon.. I am so thankful for this site and all the people on here with their tips and recipes and advice. Keep trying different exercises.. try zumba.. try aerobic step, go dancing.. dance in your living room to pandora radio, cardio radio.. it helps.. I am just starting over, but feel as if I am a newbie at this again.. so much more info then when I had the surgery.. Keep up the good work.. and DO NOT GIVE UP.. !!!

Protein in your water
I drink this all the time too.. I only like the Ice Tea one but I actually have to put only half or less in my water bottle, I think it's to sweet.. I do like the pink Lemonade also same thing only half in the water bottle and if you mix the 2 together its a great 1/2/n 1/2 taste.. I only have ever drank water.. but never enough.. it really helps me to get more water in..
