Small losses....
Starvation mode is a myth. There has never been proof of it. When calories are controlled(deficit), fat loss is inevitable. 2 lbs. is completely fine in 3 weeks. Given the same caloric intake and protein intake, fat loss will be exactly the same whether your calories come from carbs or fat.

Day 5 of water fasting
You may not be happy with the end results in the mirror. The same person can look much better at a higher weight if that weight is lean mass. Water fasting will lead to much lean mass loss. You can actually end up looking worse. People focus way too much on the scale.

Resistance training+small deficit will give you better results.

How did you do in the month of December?
I don't think it's possible for me to ever lose in December. I gained what you lost and then some probably. I usually, relax during the holidays. Way too many gatherings to focus on eating less.

I think you'll find that 12-15 lbs. per month at your current weight will be near impossible. It doesn't sound healthy.

Night time sweet attack! Help!
Go to sleep at 830. lol, tbh just make room in your day for those calories. I do it by incorporating intermittent fasting. I also crave carbs before bed, so I eat a large bowl of cereal.

The glycemic index has no bearing on fat loss. No need to eat that often unless you prefer it. Let me guess, you're selling something? Your misinformation makes sense now.
