TROUBLE - need suggestions
Meal frequency does not matter unless it helps you personally. I guess by clean you mean nutritious food? I personally enjoy fruit but if you cannot get enough calories like NCNOLE advised nuts are calorie dense.

I was talking about this week. You did not lose 7lbs. of fat unless you created a 24,500 calorie deficit this last week. That would put you at a daily deficit of 3500. That would go against your advice. Good job on the weight loss but eating every 2-3 hours and making sure you did not go below a certain percentage of calories did not give you a metabolic advantage, it was simply your personal preference.
