If you set your goal weight you should be hitting 100%. You can go lower if you want to lose a little faster but I wouldn't go below 80%.

It means you were in a deficit whether that is good or bad is up to your goal.

Weight Lifting Diet
So 150 grams of protein is 600 calories. 100 carbs are 400 calories. Are you going with 2k calories of fat? I'd limit the fat to no more than 150 grams and raise them carbs. No reason to limit carbs especially if performance in the gym is a goal.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?

The crazy fads will never cease unfortunately, even friends and family can't be so easily convinced because of all of the BS out there. Good to hear from you.
