Idk what to do =/
I just converted your weight to lbs. 122lbs. is light enough unless you're uder 5 feet. I suggest eating at maintenance and incorporating resistance training to add lean mass. Doing cardio alone can make you just look soft which can be a reason for your body image issues. Resistance training will add shape.

Do some resistance training. Eat at a 500-1000 calorie deficit. Don't exceed that by too much. You need the nutrients.

Exercise
Eating over your alloted carbs is only an issue if those extra carbs make you go over your calorie allowance. http://examine.com/faq/what-should-i-eat-for-weight-loss.html

Let science rid you of your carb phobia.

Right weight for you body

Diablo, I'm sorry that doesn't makes sense. Your bones do not change if you gain weight, they stay the same size and weight.

It doesn't make sense for your structure to get denser to support the extra weight? Even without gaining weight people get denser bones. Sprinters vs. walkers, weightlifters vs. couch potatoes. Obese people vs. skinny. Our bones adjust to the new load. Denser=heavier. The 15% rule would not appy if that were not the case. So many armchairs experts. Try searching the internet.

"The interesting thing that is substantiated on this quest is heavy people with a BMI over 33 never get Osteoporosis. They have greater bone density. Bone density is increased when you do activities that put stress on the bone structure like weight lifting or in this case carrying around excess weight."

You can disagree but science proves you wrong...
