The Losing and Gaining yo yo
Wow, no digestion after just 8 hours? Come on. Like rabbit said, it takes ~40 hours to process food. Also, why isn't it just as easy to have your last meal prior to bed? I personally sleep better after some delicious pre-bed carbs and I get my first 8 hours of fasting while sleeping. Not seeing the advantage he speaks of

A new way to lose weight.
I mean, there are intermittent fasting dieters that save their total allotment of calories to the last 4 hours before bed, yet they lose fat just as well as anyone else. How are they defying this rule? Because this rule is based on a myth.

WRONG. Your body does not work that way. My largest meal of the day is before bed. There is no magical time of day where your body converts more of the calories you ingest into fat. If your body burns an average of 14000 calories a week and you eat less than that, you will lose fat, no matter what or when you eat.
