Ever since my mum passed away when I was 10 years old I have been turning to food as comfort. At the age of 14 I decided to try and use exercise to try and tackle my weight. I have now decided to take control of my emotions and not turn to food.
I am going to get into a routine of eating breakfast, lunch, dinner, with two snacks. I need to start drinking a lot more water, and I will.
