Hi my name is Amanda I am a mum of a 17 year old and a 6 year old, I have always struggled with my weight since my daughter and have piled on the pounds ever since, I think it is alot to do with staying in with the kids and not going out like I used to with friends and its a lot easier to put on a big sloppy jumper than to make the effort. I am hoping to find the fitter, slimmer me again and not just the cuddly mum.
