Oh dear!

Audraf - I'd poke around here and on Low Carb Friends (awesome place for information) to see what you might do.

I am a huge fan of Mark's Daily Apple and he recommends staying under 50 carbs for the sweet spot of weight loss.

The Atkins book is a great source as well.

You have to read read read and find what works for you.

It's never easy is it? But worth it.

How can I lose weight without being able to exercise?
Our eating is 80 percent of the battle for losing weight. We all know this to be true.

Perhaps you don't have time to schedule a workout, but being mindful of moving more during the day in your normal routine is awesome.

Park far away from any place you are going. Take stairs whenever you can. Pace while on the phone. Run up and down the stairs in your own house. Bring one item up or down so you have to go get the second item. Etc.

It all makes a difference.
