weight gain as a result of menopause??/
I had a full hysterectomy last sept. I have gain 25lbs since, I am a hugh WW follower But I have had NO LUCK Losing any of this weight! I have maintained it for about 3 months now, so at least Im not gaining anymore, But I soooo Badly want to lose this Sad Any suggestions?

Breakfast on the run
if you like Breakfast sandwiches Jimmy Deans Makes a great Lite version (less that 300 calories) if you hit McDonald's... they're Yogurt parfait is sooo Yummy! I just but low cal or fat free Vanilla yogurt, Wash blueberries & strawberries (cut bite sized) (do this when you do have the time) Mix & go Smile
