Hello fellow dieters, this is my 3rd attempt to lose the pain causing weight I have gained over the last 30 years. 1st time on Jenny Craig lost 21 lbs in 3 months. 2nd time on Atkins lost 60 lbs in 6 months. This time Weight Watchers...we'll see? My main motivation to lose is that my work right now is very labor intense and my weight is really causing pain in my knees, back and feet. Job makes me eat like a big man. I feel awful,and weight just looks bad on me all over. I will be working hard this time to stay true until I reach my goal with help from 2 other family memebers on the same diet. I am sure that will help and encourage me. I wish you all the best possible outcome on your plan to lose. Please share any great thing that makes it easier!
