In School, i was the chubby guy but played a lot of sports, i had good stamina but my eating wasn't the best, I used to eat a lot of fast foods and in high quantities, this didn't let me be slim even with the amount of sports I Did. when entering the University, i started to check my eating habits and be more conscious about my training. so there I was, a 17 year old boy with 94 kg of body weight, and by jogging in the morning for 30 minutes and practicing boxing for 2 hours every weekday, i manage to get to 80kg in 1 and a half month; after that i started lifting weights and got to 88 to 90 kg. I spent about 12 years like that, and then I had to change my job, and was sent to a mine site, working for 12 to 14 hours daily from Monday to Friday didn't let me too much time for training, but every time i got to my home again, i started with the wrong eating habits, and became the heaviest I'd been in my whole life, so now that i got a new job again, and I'm in the city, i started watching again my calories, and resume the gym life, that is the kind of life I love and cherish, I started with 115kg and in 2 months I'm 106kg, hopefully in 4 more months,Ill reach the 90kg mark and after that, I want to be better than the way I was when I was in the University, because i got worst than the time i dropped weight during my University. this is my goal right now, be a fitness guy again and drop my fat% to 12 or 14 %
