I'm a big girl. In 8th grade I started gaining weight and I haven't stopped. I've gotten used to eating whatever I can afford and not really exercising. I can be pretty sensitive about my weight and I always say I want to lose the weight but I lack the motivation to get out of my routine and do something about my weight. I love food, and I especially love bad food.
I don't make very much money so we buy food we can afford which seems to be spaghetti from Dollar store and Mac and Cheese. I've gotten pretty bad in my food habits.
I weigh over 200 lbs.... and I hope I can stay motivated with this and keep it up so I can reach a healthy slimmer weight.
