Here I document the changes I have experienced since changing what I eat.
I am at least 98% Vegan and probably 90% Gluten-free, Oil-Free and Soy-free.
I aim for mostly course (where grinding is concerned), unrefined, unbleached foods.
I limit added sugars (avoiding very refined sugars) and packaged/manufactured foods and condiments.
