Danny, late 20's, pretty well overweight. I'm 5'9", started at 267lbs. First goal is to lose 10% of my bodyweight. Next milestone will be to hit 225lbs. Eating less, and eating far healthier choices, and started exercising on an exercise bike at home and going to the gym on days I don't work! Always looking for input and guidance!
