I haven't checked in since Oct 19, '09. About 2 1/2 years. My weight was up to a record high of 206 and I said enough's enough. I went on a self-created diet of fresh foods in small quantities and lost 10 lbs. Now, I've bought a Nike FuelBand to keep me on my exercise goals. I've revised my goal weight to be 185 lbs, so I still have about 11 lbs. to go.
