I have managed to go from 11 stone fitness fanatic to 20 stone slob in the last 8 years or so, and it's time to get myself back on track!!
The wake up call was a fairly emotional converstion with my partner who told me she didn't care how fat I was, but didn't want to loose me to a heart attack in my 40's, which was the road I was rapidly heading down!!
Having already lost approx 25 pounds (and given up a vast lager intake) in the last 2 months, I came across this site from the Android market place. It looks like exactly what I need to keep me motivated.
Looking Fwd to finding my way around the site, and shifting the lard in 2012!!
