How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I try to only record my weight once a week. But I have to admit it's so tempting to weigh everyday with the scale right there in the bathroom. Everyday my weight is different. I read online not to get discouraged about sudden jumps in weight it could be water weight and other things of that nature going on with our bodies. If you are eating right and feeling better that is what matters the scale will eventually show this. Always weigh at the same time on your weigh in days b/c that too can make a difference. I choose in the morning after my shower and using the restroom. No clothes of course those add #'s. Razz

How to get ticker on facebook page?
I went on my fb page and it has at the top toward the middle/right it says 'keep your ticker up to date'. If you click that I think it updates it. I don't really know what the ticker is used for, can you enlighten me? It may be useful and I don't even know it.
