Diet Soda's - Do they slow you down?
Remenber all you are alloted is 3 artificial sweeteners for the day
see pg 90 in new book splenda, sweet-n-low, crystal lite 8oz, 8oz diet drink, powdered creamer, sugar free candy ( it still can have lots of carbs) ect.... all are counted as 1 net carb you can have only 3. I like crystal lite and my coffee sweet so I have had to start drinking my coffee with no splenda so I can have crystal lite later so I don't go over. If you go over it can slow you down so can diet cokes ect.... not only can you go over your 3 net a day it blots you as well as a kid my dad worked for pepsi so that all we drank not h2o I though it was fine but now that I only drink them now and then I see the diffrence give it a try go down to 1 can ( 8oz ) a day for the 2 weeks and see how you feel stay to you 3

Need an Atkins buddy for everyday
ladies please go the Atkins .com or get the new book it has changes from yrs ago you eat more veggies and you can have 20 NET CARBS you get more food when you count net carbs not just carbs on the web site and the book will tell you a lot then there are lots of thread to look at on how to make it work better for you when you know all the ways it is so easy to stay on and make it a life change let me know what you need

REMEMBER Ladies when you are on Atkins CONSUME NO MORE THEN 3 PER DAY

SPLENDA ( SUCRALOSE )
TRICIA OR SWEETLEAF
SWEET-N-LOW RO XYLITOL
THAT COUNTS FOR YOUR COFFEE IF YOU PUT CREAM SUB HEAVY WIPING CREAM
IF YOU HAVE Atkins shakes they counts as one a diet coke bottle is 2, crystal lite is 1 for every 8 oz so for every water bottle you put it in is 2 net carbs. any sf candy, syrup, protean way ect every thing counts it's all in the new book or do to Atkins .com and it to will help you as well it has helped me you are only to have 20 net carbs 12 to 15 comes from veggies
