Feeling so good! After years of avoiding any type of exercise, making excuses, and never doing it..... Today I went on my first walk. So many summers have passed by and I have talked myself out of exercise and then beat myself for not doing.

I almost talked myself out of it tonight too! I put on my watch and I said I am going to walk 10 minutes one way and then 10 minutes back; to get in 20 minutes of exercise. I ended up doing 30 minutes because I walked a little too far, but it was good.

I am going to go for this walk every night. I will skip it if I have plans with friends or something, but I am going to try my best to go everyday.

It really did feel so good after I was done... I got a cramp in my outer leg just above my ankle. I walked through it and it didn't go away until after I got home, but I pushed through.

I know everyday it will get easier and I am just going to keep going. I know I can do anything I set my mind too... And my mind feels really SET!

Okay, so two days in back keeping track and so far I got to celebrate the success.

Breakfast today and lunch right on track! Evening, waiting to long to eat and then overate, however when I was running errands I have every chance to pick up fast food and was so tempted. McDonald's in Walmart, drove by Wendy's, Starbucks, KFC and Mucho Burrito.... and I made the choice to come home instead. I struggled so hard in my head, it is such a bad habit to try and break. I survived though, didn't starve to death and had food in my belly within 15 minutes of walking in the door.

Another success, I documented everything I put in my mouth today and yesterday.

I am travelling on Friday for the weekend to go to a family wedding, will be hard to control what I eat because I will be eating out for Fri, Sat and Sun. I am going to do my best to just eat sensible but still enjoy myself.

Feels good to be accountable again, I can't expect everything to change over night, it took me almost three years of being back in most of the old bad habits, it is going to take me more than two days to break them again. Praying this time I break them for life!
