As of today, I am 39, 5 months shy of 40 and which is also the number of pounds I want to lose! I am finally ready to make lifestyle changes. My husband is a chef and a foot taller than me so coming up for ideas for dinner is a particular challenge! The fringe benefit is that he will also improve his lifestyle as a result!

Fat Smash Book Discrepencies
In the Fat Smash book, did anyone else notice that there are some discrepancies between the list of what you cannot eat and the recommended snacks?

Is anybody on here on the 4 day diet by Ian Smith?
Is that the extreme one? I am doing the regular Fat Smash and I couldn't imagine doing anything more extreme that that. I think if you have more than 5-10 lbs to lose, it makes more sense to do the regular FS, but that is just my opinion.
