After many years of gaining weight, losing a bit of weight, and gaining even more weight afterwards I started using the fatsecret app for iPad in April 2012 weighing around 134 kg. My goal is to leave the 3-digit weights behind, but it's a long way to go. Four months after I started tracking my progress using the app, I've lost just over 10 kg - more than I ever managed to lose before. If this trend continues, I should be able to reach my goal mid 2013. Hopefully, joining this website in addition to using the app helps me to stay on track :)
