I'm a registered nurse with a 14 yo daughter. I work a desk job and I'm pretty sedentary. My daughter has a sports schedule that takes up most of our weekday evenings. Stopped jogging about 6 yrs ago when I broke my foot, gained 60 pounds. Not happy with how I feel or how my clothes fit. I've always been a very goal oriented person. Went back to school during my divorce, attained my BSN and bought my own home all within five years. I'm very happy with my accomplishments but in the process I sacrificed myself. I need my focus back, so my new goal is myself.
