performance: gaining 5.6 lb a week
i have been overweight my whole life. yet most people say i don't look it, i feel it everytime i run up the stairs or any physical activity.
i decided that now is the time for change!
a lot of my insparation comes from Taralyn McNitt. she makes me want to keep going and never give up. i've gotten this far because of her.
i am also tracking my progress though written journals, calenders, graphs, etc. hoping that this time i shall reach my goal weight.
trying to drink 8 cups of water and only eating 1300 calories, hungry but the water helps curb my appetite. in shall introduce more calories into my daily intake when i start to workout more, but for now i shall limit it.
