My name is Karina, I've been dieting since 13. My starting weight was 140 and since then I have fluctuated between 110-125 with my lowest weight being 106. My goal is to reach 98lbs and maintain that weight forever.
I am vegan, I love gardening and I love animals... and to whoever is reading this I love you too (^-^) I told you it'd be sweet.

Here's a good juicing plan you can follow. You might want to start out just juice fasting for a day (sometimes that's even impossible). Or just fasting for breakfast and lunch.
I fasted a few days here and there for a month. Then I set out to do the 7 day fast. It's best to not have sugery-high carb foods around because you will crave them like crazy!!
With weight loss it was about 1 pound a day. But that depends on your weight. I was in the lower tier of "normal weight", but if you are overweight or on the higher tier of "normal weight" you could even lose 2-3lbs a day. You are not building muscle just losing fat and toxins (especially colon toxins. Did you know you can store up to 4lbs of waste in your colon!?)
I never bought a juicer I use any juice I want! It makes it easier if you have a variety because then you won't feel as deprived. And you can add protien powder or even make a smoothie every now and then if you want.
You could even try a liquid fast first. You can eat anything you want so long as it's liquid. That could help you transition into a full on fast. Smile

Body Cleanse
Juice fasting or fasting in general. Fasting is the best way to cleanse because things are only coming out nothing is going in. Fasting for 7 days is recommended to get results.
When I fast my skin clears up, I gain more energy after the third day (strange since i'm not eating), and my hair/nails look healthier. Your bowels get runny from the nasty stuff finally being released from your colon but other than that fasting is great.

10x your body weight in calories to lose weight?
Well I'm 107 and I know if I ate 1070 calories I know I would gain. I eat normally around 800 calories a day and if I eat more I gain. But I have a sucky body.

What are some of your embarassing/emotional/eye opening reasons for loosing weight?
When I was 13 I was about to have seconds at dinner; my sister and mom told me that I needed to eat less because I was getting fat. Also, when I was about to play on the Wii fit and it was going to weigh me. I put down that I was wearing 4lbs of clothes because I was afraid to see the weight, it said 124 pounds and my dad said "It's a good thing you said you were wearing 4 pounds of clothes huh?". It was so humilitaing! I've never stopped trying to lose weight after that. Smile
