So today not so great. Beginning of my cycle so I went home early with cramps and skipped Muay Thai because that makes the cramps soooo much worse. Also ate crap when I got home. Toaster waffles with margarine and maple syrup. I am not too worried as this happens like clockwork every month and I know I won't have much of an appetite for the next 3-4 days so I should be able to undo whatever damage I have done. It just kind of sucks when you get on a roll then hit a speedbump.

Went to Muay Thai again tonight. Three days in a row, for a total of 6 hours. Feeling pretty good, if incredibly sore. If I can avoid injury I should be able to get back into shape by the end of the year.

Ok, so I used all three recipes that I know last week - now what? I honestly have no idea what to eat this week. I guess I will make the same thins as last week with a couple of substitutions. I wish I knew how to cook, *sigh*

So I have to get off the peanut butter - my fat consumption is way too high, and 1 serving of PB is 16 grams. Otherwise reasonably happy with the week. Yesterday was a bit over my limits but at least now I know that "snack size" doesn't mean there isn't a meal's worth of calories and fat.
Having burritos again tonight at husband's request. Tomorrow back to homemade low fat food, whether he likes it or not.
My plan is to to Muay Thai again tomorrow, wednesday, and thursday, then take friday off. Saturday morning class, then I am away until late sunday.
I guess I will have to figure something out for the week that I am out of town. It is really early in my training to take so much time off; I will probably lose a lot of my conditioning. I imagine I can bring some workout clothes and shoes and at least do some running and calisthenics while I am on the retreat.
Pretty tired today, overall. Going to eat my burrito, watch a little Netflix, then go to bed early :). 50-50 whether I run in the morning.
