I am so frustrated with myself right now!!! I want to lose weight but have NO motivation. I have never ever in my life looked or felt like this. I am about to turn 50 and just want to get healthy again. I have 2 grandsons and I have another grandchild on the way. When I was at the doctor las,t my blood pressure was high and in order to do my job it has to be in the normal range so I have to get busy. I want to eat healthy and I just get lost in the store when I try to figure out what to fix that is healthy and yet good. I really am praying I can do this and that this site will help give me motivation!!
