I am 46 just about to turn 47 in April. I am concerned with my health due to being about 50 pounds overweight. I like to walk,run and create my own routines. Family separation, divorce, life changes have kept me from succeeding. Today, I am ready to move on! I care about myself and would like to start changing my lifestyle. Excited to be here!😆
