I am a 57 year old married woman. I work full time driving a fork truck loading barges (and sometimes truck trailers). I love to read which is bad on my running (which I also love) when it is dark and rainy outside. I was never athletic, always a bookworm. I tried running in my 30' but family got in the way. Since I've reached my 50's I've been able to run more often and I've done a few marathons. I have several grandchildren and some of them (two) run with me. I have three daughters and two of them run sometimes. Four of my five brothers run but only one lives near me. Most of the time I run by myself. I work shift work and its hard to find somebody that has the same time off as myself. I used to work out with weights but since my dad's stroke I've let that go so that I have more time to help my mom.
