I teach about 150-200 students a week as a band director. I am always on my feet and help run a marching band. I was getting tired and feeling very lethargic. I am 24 and should not be feeling this way. My weight also crept up to 212, and I did not appreciate my body. Now I figure if I eat better I will feel better and be around a lot longer so I can help more kids. I have lost about 30lbs from Dec- May and I have done nothing but adjust what and how I eat. I love my body and dont really have a goal other then appreciate my body and just feel good. I put that my goal was my college entry weight if I get there cool if not at least I am healthier overall.
