Important Points for Maintaining your loss
I have been in the maintenance phase for a month or so. I have pretty much the same philosophy as Kate and have been doing fairly well. (Though I stepped on the scale yesterday after indulging in a few too many beers and burgers over the holiday weekend and saw the number go up for the first time since November. It was just a pound, but it hurt!)
My strategy is to exercise at least five times per week and be reasonable about what I eat. This includes the amazing BodyPump class that Kate turned me on to. I will forever be grateful for that one!
I have two rules that specifically address my weaknesse: No spending money on food Monday through Thursday and no drinking alcohol at home Monday through Thursday. Adhering to these rules saves me oodles of money and calories. I am forced to plan and cook all my meals, which prevents me from convincing myself that a turkey and cheese sandwich from Potbelly is a good idea, and I might as well grab this cookie and chips.... And for me personally, I worked hard to kick the cocktail (or two) to wind-down every night and the only way I avoid back-sliding is to have a hard rule.

Your Favorite Workout Music
Though it is not the music I listen to when not working out, my running playlist is almost entirely rap and hip-hop. Lots of Jay-Z, Eminem, Kanye, old P.Diddy, heck even some Run DMS and Beastie Boys. It is the only stuff that gets me pumped. (And weirdly, due to a suggestion on here a long time ago, I have Firework by Katy Perry and LOVe it when it comes on.)

How to request adding new menu items to Fatsecret
Just enter it yourself as a new menu item. You just enter the nutritional information off of the ABP website and select making it public. As far as I know, there is no website administrator that puts these things in. It is just a group effort!
