I've always wondered about that myself. I always choose the low fat/fat free options but I agree the sugar that is substituted may make the whole exercise futile. So I don't have the answers, need a bit of nutritionist help here Question

Change one thing about my eating habits this week
I have been eating yogurt coated apricot balls instead of candy when I need a sugar fix. I really like them and they're much better than eating candy bars.

Change one thing about my eating habits this week
Have been back on the beer for a few weeks, very poor effort. Will have to build some reminders into my weekly routine because my resolve fades often.

Change one thing about my eating habits this week
I made an effort to not drink any beer during the week. Sure was tough the first couple of days but felt much better in the morning and at work. Sure am looking forward to a beer (amstel light of course!) tonite Very Happy

Going out for a big night?
Not always easy to do but really important, also helps with the hangover as less dehydrated ...
