Finding it quite difficult to keep to 50. Carbs a day but have done better than last week :)

I have had an awful few weeks and am away at the moment , had an operation Friday and due more hospital tests on Monday ,get to go home Thursday so need to recover and get back into my routine again;( bit sad as I feel I am failing this challenge but will try my best to finish with a reasonable weight loss at the end of the challenge:)

2 really good mountains hikes and workout DVD every day for legs & bum,swim 3times ,so although I stayed the same I am not to upset as drank 3times this week so my aim next week is to lose 2IB :) very happy

I am very happy with my progress even though I put on 1IB I will weigh again Monday :)

Can't wait to start this challenge losing 1 IB a week is a much more sensible way to lose amend keep it off and if I lose more some weeks then that will be a onus :) good luck to all doing this challenge :)
