Better to work out at night/morning?
I have always been an "after-work" excerciser. As soon as I walk thru the door, I change into my workout gear and get to it. I find that it doesn't interrupt my evening at all and luckily my husband has been very helpful with getting dinner going or setting the table, etc. so we can eat shortly after I'm done! I agree with consistency being they key!
