I'm a personal fitness trainer and have struggled with my weight for the majority of my adult life. I'm by far the fittest "fat person" I know and am so ready to change my body for good.
I started at approximately 250lbs. back in 2006 and my lowest body weight was down to 150ilbs last year. However, I've managed to creep back up to 188lbs as of today, December 18th 2011.
I need ALL the support I can get at this point, especially with Christmas and the New Year around the corner. Any feedback and or support is greatly appreciated.
