Gaining lean mass and losing fat mass...
Growing up I've always been the "big" kid, and in high school i turned that around by joining the swim team and cutting down on my calories. With that I lost a significant amount of weight, I went from being 270 down to 170. To be completely honest at times I didn't do it the healthiest way but at that time I didn't care it was just about getting as much weight off as possible. Now after gaining lean mass and educating myself I'm able to maintain my current weight of 215 but my goal weight is 190 with a healthy body fat percentage.

Gained 8lbs of lean mass lost 3lbs of fat mass and dropped a total of 13mm on my skin folds.
