ahhhhh. so i started working from home fridays, which is nice because i actually hit the gym during my lunch break, i managed to do 40 mins and burn 431 calories! my legs we hurting on the elipitical and i realized last night that my abs were sore, and totally didn't do that many crunches yesterday but it sure hurt when i coughed
anyway, i'm really glad i got my workout out of the way. don't have to worry about it anymore, at least for today!

Hit the gym this morning - i did okay, i didn't do my usuall eliptical, so i don't know how many calories i burned, oh well. I did do 10 mins on the stairmaster thingy and 10 minutes of jumprope, then hit up the ab machines.
I feel like i do better when i hit the gym after work, unlike at 5am this morning. I felt like i had no energy and was kinda lazy with my workout. yet when i hit the gym after work, i know i only have 1 hour, so i push myself more, I also eat a snack 1 hour prior to leaving work. SO i don't know if its the snack that keeps me going or what. but totally don't feel like getting up at 4 just to have a snack......I'll have to figure out something!

Feels really good today. I hit the gym last night. Which I haven't done in a month! And burned 500 calories! Yay!
I'm hoping to keep up with my workout program. I did the stairs before lunch today. i did 23 flights going down and 16 coming up, then i took the elevator from 16 to 23. I work on the 23rd floor, going down is easy, but coming up is a whole different story. it feels like my heart is going explode, then 5 mins later i'm fine again.
I figured its good to get my heart pumping before hitting the gym later. Hoping to burn another 500 calories!!! lets see what happens

Happy 1st day of november :)
all i can say is bye-bye sweets! I overindulged a little too much last night, i'm a sucker for chocolate but now that halloween is over its time to get rid of those treats!
Can't wait to hit the gym later today. I've been slacking on my workouts, but did some stairs during lunch about 10flights down and then back up during my break and it felt good getting my heart pumping.
Later today will be cardio time!!! :)

I'm going to make it a goal of mine that for the month of november at lesat hit the gym 20 out of the 30 days. I know everyday would be impossible for me, but i need to exercise more to get healthy. I'ven't been able to break out of the 150's.... i keep bouncing from 149 to 151, then back to 150 and i need to really break into the 140's and challenge myself.
